Who we are

This website is operated by G TAX, a tax and GST practice in Thrissur, Kerala, led by Jojy Chacko, GST Practitioner (Enrolment No. 322400007157GPW). "We", "us" and "our" refer to G TAX.

Information we collect

• Details you give us: your name, mobile number, email and message when you use the contact or payment forms, or contact us on WhatsApp.
• Documents you share for the services you ask for, such as PAN, Aadhaar, bank statements or business documents.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive the payment ID, amount and status. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login details.
• Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, which our hosting provider may log for security.

How we use it

• To provide the services you request and to file returns and applications on your behalf
• To send receipts, due-date reminders and updates about your work, including through our automated reminder workflow
• To meet our legal and professional obligations

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only as needed to deliver your service: with government portals (GST, Income Tax, MCA, DGFT, EPFO, ESIC), certifying authorities for digital signatures, Razorpay for payments, and, only when you ask us to, with Star Health or Aditya Birla Capital for insurance or investment services.

Security and retention

We take reasonable care to keep your documents and data secure, and keep them only as long as needed for your service and for legal record-keeping requirements.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your personal information, or to stop sending reminders, at any time by contacting us.
