Cancellation

You can cancel a service at any time before our team starts work on it by contacting us on WhatsApp, phone or email.

Refunds

• Work not started: full refund of the professional fee.
• Work started but not yet filed or submitted: partial refund, depending on the work already done.
• Filed or submitted (returns, registrations, applications): no refund, as the work has been completed.
• Digital Signature Certificates: no refund once the certificate has been issued.
• Government fees already paid to any authority cannot be refunded.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show the credit.

Failed or duplicate payments

If money was deducted but the payment failed, or you were charged twice, it is refunded automatically. If you do not see it within 7 working days, contact us with your payment ID.
