About these terms

By using this website or paying for a service, you agree to these terms. G TAX is a tax and GST practice in Thrissur, Kerala, owned and run as a sole proprietorship by Jojy Kollemparambil Chacko, GST Practitioner (Enrolment No. 322400007157GPW).

Our services

We provide tax, GST, registration, digital signature, accounting and related professional services as described on the Services page. Insurance and investment services are offered as an authorised agent / partner, and those products are governed by the provider's own terms.

Fees and payment

Prices shown are our professional fees in Indian Rupees. Government fees, where applicable, are told to you before you pay. For services marked "On discussion", the fee is agreed with you before payment. Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide complete, accurate and genuine information and documents. Filings are prepared based on the information you provide, and you remain responsible for its accuracy.

Timelines

We aim to complete work promptly. Some timelines depend on government portals and authorities, which are outside our control.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any service is limited to the professional fee paid for that service. We are not responsible for delays or penalties caused by incorrect or late information from the client, or by government portal issues.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Thrissur, Kerala have jurisdiction.
